LCB's activities
LCB's activities include support for congress organisers, acting as an intermediary between the event organiser and local service suppliers - venues, hotels, professional conference organisers (PCOs) and destination management companies (DMCs), as well as providing technical and informative assistance with logistics & customs services, infrastructure, accommodation, event spaces and social venues site inspections.

To raise the prestige and interest to Latvia as destination on international, regional and local level

Increase the potential of congresses and conferences in the city of Riga and throughout Latvia
Promote
Promote important sectors of Latvia economy including science and research, IT & Technologies, Manufacturing for Congress organisers by implementing Latvia Convention Ambassadors Program
Facilitate
To facilitate the process and procedures for international event organisers by providing all necessary information and documentation for successful bid.
Support for organisers
To act as an intermediary between event organiser and the local service providers: venues, hotels, professional conference organisers (PCOs) and destination management companies (DMCs).
Technical and informational assistance in selecting space for your event, public institutions, details on infrastructure, accommodations and social venues.
To assist in communication with local government authorities, media and other industry leaders.
Assistance in logistics, customs services etc.
To arrange site inspections.
